Google has confirmed that its January 2020 base update which started Monday at noon is now mainly complete on Thursday morning. Google said on account @searchliaison "the update is mostly done, but as with any main update, it can take up to two weeks to complete completely."
For those who requested it, the update is most of the time, but as with any main update, finalization can take up to two weeks.
